Which memberships are available right now?

SensibleDoc supports Weight Loss, Sexual Health, and Hair Restoration today, with Peptides & Longevity coming soon. All are physician-supervised and ship discreetly to your door.

How much does each membership cost?

One flat membership of $59/month covers your physician care across every program. Medications are billed separately at near-cost: GLP-1/GIP + B12 for weight loss is from $110/month, while sildenafil, tadalafil, finasteride, and minoxidil are included with your membership at no extra charge.

Do you take insurance?

Not at launch. SensibleDoc is cash-pay only, which keeps pricing simple and predictable.

Do I need a live video visit?

Most care is handled asynchronously in-app. Live visits are only used when needed for your situation.

How quickly do you reply?

Our first-response promise is within 24 hours, with urgent escalations targeted within 4 hours.

How do labs work?

You can use Quest or Labcorp results, upload your own reports, or share values with attestation when appropriate.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Membership is month-to-month, and your current paid month stays active through that cycle.

What is your refund policy?

Once medication has been dispensed, refunds are not available.

How do I talk with my care team?

All care communication happens in-app, so your updates stay in one secure thread.

Is AI replacing my doctor?

No. AI helps speed up admin work, and the physician makes final care decisions.
