Cancellation & Refund Policy

How membership billing, cancellation, and refunds work at SensibleDoc — in plain language.

SensibleDoc is a cash-pay membership service. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership billing

  • The membership fee is $59/month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Medications are billed separately at near-cost. Some are included with membership; others (such as GLP-1/GIP therapy) carry a separate monthly medication fee disclosed before you order.
  • For a new prescription, your medication charge is authorized at checkout but captured only after a physician approves it and before it is sent to the pharmacy. If the physician does not approve, you are not charged for that medication.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account — there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be billed again. Cancelling stops future membership charges; it does not by itself refund charges already made.

3. Medication refunds

Because medications — particularly compounded medications — are prepared specifically for you, they cannot be returned or reused once dispensed. A medication is considered dispensed when the pharmacy prepares and releases it for shipment, not when it arrives.

  • Once a medication has been dispensed, it is not refundable.
  • If a physician declines to approve a prescription, you are not charged for that medication.
  • If there is a pharmacy or shipping error attributable to us or our pharmacy partner, contact support and we will work to make it right.

4. Membership-fee refunds

The monthly membership fee pays for your physician access and ongoing care during the billing cycle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the membership fee is non-refundable — including any partial-month, unused-time, or pro-rata amount. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund a fee already charged for the current cycle.

SensibleDoc does not offer satisfaction or outcome-based guarantees. No refund is provided based on results.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support first so we can resolve it quickly: support@sensibledoc.com. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can help.
