The complete list of U.S. states where SensibleDoc provides care. We keep this page current whenever service availability changes.

SensibleDoc provides telehealth care only to patients who are physically located in a state we serve at the time of their visit or service. During intake you confirm the state you are in, and our platform verifies availability before any payment or physician review takes place.

New Mexico: we do not currently provide care in this state. If you start an intake there, you can leave your email and we will notify you if service becomes available.

3. Where we do not operate

SensibleDoc does not provide services in the District of Columbia, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), and locations outside the United States.

Program availability can vary within a served state — some states require a live phone or video visit before certain prescriptions may be issued, and a specific program or medication may not be available in every state. The intake flow always shows you what applies to your state before you pay.
