SensibleDoc Terms & Conditions

The agreement that governs your use of the SensibleDoc platform and membership. Please read it carefully — it includes an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SensibleDoc, P.C., a Wyoming professional corporation ("SensibleDoc," "we," "us") — the medical practice through which your licensed physician provides care. By creating an account, completing intake, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the SensibleDoc website, applications, or services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the consents you accept during intake.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where SensibleDoc operates.

1. What SensibleDoc is — and is not

SensibleDoc is a Wyoming professional corporation through which a licensed physician provides membership-based telehealth care directly to you. SensibleDoc also provides the technology, intake and messaging tools, and care-coordination support used to deliver that care.

Clinical decisions are made only by your licensed physician.

SensibleDoc uses software, including AI tools, to support the physician, but the physician makes every clinical decision and is responsible for your care. SensibleDoc does not guarantee any diagnosis, prescription, or outcome. Using the Platform does not, by itself, create a physician–patient relationship; that relationship is formed only if and when the physician accepts you into care.

2. Eligibility and availability

  • You must be 18 or older and located in a U.S. state where SensibleDoc and an appropriately licensed physician are available.
  • Services, programs, and medications vary by state and by what a physician determines is clinically appropriate for you.
  • Some states require a live (video or phone) visit before certain prescriptions can be issued. Where that applies, your care will follow that path rather than asynchronous review.
  • SensibleDoc does not guarantee that any program, medication, or outcome will be available or appropriate for you.

3. Membership, billing, and authorization

SensibleDoc is a cash-pay membership. We do not bill insurance.

  • The membership fee is $59/month and covers your physician relationship and ongoing care across SensibleDoc programs. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Medications are billed separately at near-cost. Some medications are included with membership at no additional charge; others (for example, GLP-1/GIP therapy) carry a separate monthly medication fee disclosed before you order.
  • When you check out, you authorize your payment method. For a new treatment, the medication charge is captured only after a physician approves your prescription and before it is transmitted to the pharmacy. If a physician does not approve, you are not charged for that medication.
  • By providing a payment method, you authorize recurring charges for your membership and any approved medication or service fees, and you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
  • You can cancel anytime online from your account — cancellation is at least as easy as signing up.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account; there are no long-term contracts. Your current paid month remains active through the end of that billing cycle.

Because care and compounded medications are prepared specifically for you, once a medication has been dispensed it cannot be returned and is not refundable. Full terms, including any conditional guarantees, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Care decisions and AI assistance

A licensed physician makes every final treatment and prescribing decision. SensibleDoc uses software, including artificial-intelligence tools, to summarize intake information, draft communications, flag items for physician attention, and route work efficiently.

AI tools support the care team; they do not make diagnoses or prescribing decisions and do not replace the independent medical judgment of your physician. You consent to this use of AI as part of your care during intake.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current health and identity information, and update us promptly when anything changes.
  • Read and respond to in-app messages so your care is not delayed.
  • Use medications only as prescribed, and follow up as instructed, including any required labs.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not use the Platform on behalf of anyone else or provide information that is not your own.

7. Communications consent

Secure in-app messaging is the primary channel for care and membership communications. By creating an account you also agree that we may contact you by email, text message (SMS), and push notification for account, care, billing, and service messages.

Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out of non-essential text messages by replying STOP or adjusting your account settings; certain transactional and care-related messages are necessary to provide the service.

8. Prohibited uses

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the Platform.
  • No attempts to access another user's account or data, to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform, or to introduce malicious code.
  • No reselling, sharing, or commercial exploitation of the Platform or any medication obtained through it.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, content, design, and trademarks, is owned by SensibleDoc or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your own care. Your health records remain yours as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSIBLEDOC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SensibleDoc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular health outcome will be achieved. This disclaimer does not limit the professional responsibility of the physicians who provide your care.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSIBLEDOC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF SENSIBLEDOC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SensibleDoc's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (b) the total amounts you paid SensibleDoc in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for professional negligence (medical malpractice), gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for personal injury.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SensibleDoc harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or law, or information you provide that is inaccurate or not your own.

13. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Except where prohibited by law, you and SensibleDoc agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and SensibleDoc waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class or representative action.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@sensibledoc.com. Claims that may be brought in small-claims court may be heard there. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where a patient's home-state consumer-protection or telehealth law applies.

15. Changes, termination, and contact

We may modify these Terms; if we make a material change we will post the updated effective date and, where required, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate Platform access for conduct that violates these Terms or law, or to protect patient safety.

Questions about these Terms: support@sensibledoc.com · 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Effective date: June 13, 2026.
