What the $39 founding membership actually buys

A lot of online clinics put a small number in the ad and a bigger one on your statement.

Usually that is because membership and medicine are two different charges. Membership is access to a doctor. Medicine is only if something gets prescribed. Fine when both are labeled. Not fine when the page blurs them.

SensibleDoc founding membership is $39 a month. That pays for the physician relationship: case review, messaging, follow-ups. It does not buy a drug or a promised result.

What $39 covers

• Email and secure in-app messaging with your physician
• Unlimited follow-ups
• Adding other treatments later when it makes clinical sense, without starting over on intake
• An annual basic lab panel

A physician reviews every case. Dose changes and check-ins are part of membership. We take new members only while we have capacity. When we are full, we close and waitlist.

Regular rate on the site is $59 a month. Founding members stay at $39 for as long as they stay enrolled. After founding closes, new members pay $59. Your rate does not step up midstream if you stay.

What you pay separately

Some sexual-health and hair treatments, when a physician approves them, are included with membership. Weight-loss medication, when appropriate, is billed separately at near-cost dosing tiers on the pricing page. Medication is never prescribed without an evaluation, and approval is not guaranteed.

If we use compounded medicine, it comes from state-licensed pharmacies and is not FDA-approved. We say that up front.

We do not practice in New Mexico or Washington, D.C.
